CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PLAN
Whether it's your first 5K or 100th marathon, this customized 8 to 16 week training plan is built for you around your schedule and goals. Your plan will have detailed paces, durations and/or distances targeting your next goal race. You will have access to Coach Carrie via email to answer any questions that may arise along the way. Changes to your plan may be subject to an additional fee.
MONTHLY COACHING
My monthly coaching program is designed to help take your passion for running to the next level. Along with a detailed training plan, you'll also receive ongoing coaching support and unlimited communication with Coach Carrie.
